CAD / CAM PROGRAMMER

Scuderia AlphaTauri, as part of a continuous improvement project for the Team and performance, is looking for a CAM Programmer to upgrade its facility in Faenza.
In this role you will be responsible for designing and manufacturing equipment and control jigs using the CAD system to design the product, and the CAM system to program and guide the operations of the machine tools. You will carry out your business within the production department, in order to follow the product and ensure that it is in line with expectations, in compliance with standard working procedures.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

CAD / CAM programming of 5-axis CNC machines for mechanical machining based on the drawings provided by the technical office. Where necessary, support the production operators in the operation of the cutters. Development of toolpaths for the production of molds, models, equipment and for the production of various parts. Constant discussion with CNC operators to optimize work cycles and tool use. Design of molds for mechanical processing.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Previous experience of at least 4-5 years in the job preferably in metalworking companies
Good knowledge of machine tools and machining centers
Good knowledge of the Hypermill and Siemens NX program
Knowledge of composite materials and of the different processes of mechanical processing
Mental elasticity and flexibility
Excellent predisposition to interpersonal relationships and team work
Ability to adapt in the face of technological evolution and availability for continuous updating
Sense of responsibility and compliance with delivery terms
Availability of night shifts
